What about allergens?
Ingredients are all listed in the product’s description. Many products contain sweet almond oil and coconut oil. All products are produced in the same facility where nuts and gluten contamination may have occurred. If you are allergic to certain essential oils, please message me with questions about what oils are included in your products.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Because I do not use any unnatural preservatives, the products do have a shelf life, typically 12-18 months. If the products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer. All of the liquid products include a totally natural preservative called Leucidal Liquid SF (Radish Root Ferment), and I recommend using them within 6 months. I also use Vitamin E in some of products to extend the natural shelf life and keep the oils in their freshest and most potent form. In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please contact me so I can handle this on a case-by-case basis.

What if my order melts?
Most of the products are heat sensitive and may melt in warm temperatures. If it does melt, just leave in a cool to room temperature location and let it solidify again. While this may affect the consistency of the product (e.g. body butter), it does not make the product any less effective.
